Carla Douglin is the passionate founder of the Safety Net Solutions Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to revolutionizing and destigmatizing harm reduction. With a strong commitment to saving lives and enhancing public awareness, Carla has been at the forefront of efforts to make harm reduction tools like Naloxone and fentanyl and xylazine test strips accessible through vending machine programs to communities nationwide. As a certified opioid overdose and Naloxone trainer, she brings expert knowledge and actionable insights to her audience, empowering them to take proactive steps in the fight against the opioid crisis. Carla aims to create a safer, more informed society where life-saving resources are available to all.
